Please read through the Terms & Conditions carefully as they contain important information. You may wish to print a copy for reference. We reserve the right to change or update the Terms & Conditions from time to time. These Terms and Conditions apply between the HiLo Cleaning and the user. You cannot assign or transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions and no other person is entitled to benefit under these Terms and Conditions.
If any of these Terms & Conditions are found to be invalid, this should not invalidate the remaining conditions which shall remain enforceable. No waiver by us of any condition shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other Term & Condition. These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Although we make every effort to ensure the content of the website is accurate and current, The HiLo Cleaning website is provided on an "as seen" basis without any warranties or guarantees or any kind. By accessing the site you accept the risks associated with the Internet, software and telecommunication links and you accept any costs of access.
The HiLo Cleaning website is designed for use within the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. If you access and use the services on our website from outside these areas, you do so at your own risk.
All prices are quoted in Sterling. All prices quoted are subject to alteration; you will be notified of any price alteration prior to us starting any work on your property.
HiLo Cleaning are able to accept payment in cash, Direct Debit or online banking without further charge.. Direct Debit instructions are subject to the Direct Debit guarantee. Other payment methods, including cheque and postal orders will be subject to a £1.50 administration fee.
Payment terms are strictly to be made on completion of work unless otherwise agreed prior to any work commencing.
QUERIES AND COMPLAINTS
HiLo Cleaning customer promise –
We promise that if you are not satisfied with the service received or the quality of the work carried out, we will return to your property within 10 days, at an agreed time, to rectify and issues to your satisfaction free of charge on the basis that the issue is in relation to work requested and agreed.
Customers are required to notify us of any dissatisfaction within 48 hours of any work being completed and do so by telephone or email.
On occasion certain surfaces maybe damaged or dilapidated and beyond our abilities to clean to an appropriate standards. We will notify customers on completion of work of any areas that this affects. HiLo Cleaning cannot offer any discount should this situation arise.
These Terms and Conditions and the HiLo Cleaning site are governed by English law. Disputes can only be dealt with by English courts.
